At Sculpt Studio SA, we know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we're committed to getting your shapewear to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs
- Free nationwide shipping on orders over R1000
- Orders below R999Â will incur a shipping fee of R99
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship throughout South Africa.
While most major cities receive deliveries within 3–5 business days, deliveries to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel's journey.

Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, high volume periods, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
Sculpt Studio SA cannot be held liable for delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier.
